By accessing or using Flight Assistants ("the Service"), operated by Wingbits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Flight Assistants is a beta service that allows users to create automated assistants for monitoring aviation data and receiving notifications. The Service uses ADS-B data collected through the Wingbits network.

3. Beta Service

Flight Assistants is currently in beta. This means the Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service during the beta period. Features may change or be removed without notice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the data for purposes that could endanger aviation safety

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Aviation data provided through the Service is sourced from publicly available ADS-B transmissions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AVIATION DATA MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE, OR INACCURATE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINGBITS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
